License Summary

When you purchase a digital download from Clara’s Creationz, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files under the terms below. You do not receive ownership of the design.

Personal Use License (included with every purchase)

• You may download, print, and use the design for personal projects, gifts, and personal events.
• You may print the design for your own home décor or party décor.
• You may edit the template only for your own personal use (where applicable).

Not Allowed Under Personal Use

• No resale, sharing, gifting, or redistribution of the digital files (includingLicense Summary

• No POD (print-on-demand) or third-party production upload (e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle, Printful, Merch, etc.).
• No claiming the design as your own, no trademark/branding registration, and no use as a logo.
Small Business License Upgrade (sold separately)
• Allows use of the purchased design to create and sell physical end products (examples: printed party favors, labels
on finished items, assembled décor).
• Digital files may NOT be resold, shared, or included as part of a digital bundle.
• Up to 500 finished items per design per calendar year (contact us for extended licensing).
• Outsourcing printing/manufacturing is permitted ONLY for your own physical products (do not upload files to POD
marketplaces).
Enforcement & DMCA
All designs are protected by copyright. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or upload to public groups and file
sites is prohibited. We actively monitor and enforce our rights, including DMCA takedown notices to hosting
platforms and marketplace reports. If misuse is found, your license is immediately revoked without refund.

• Outsourcing printing or manufacturing is permitted ONLY for your own physical products. Files may not be uploaded to POD marketplaces.
