Don't give up on your dreams and goals!

I've built my business through hard work, dedication, and the unwavering support of those I’ve met.

Interestingly, I received zero likes, comments, shares, or sales from my so-called "friends and family"—except for my kids. I was neither disappointed nor surprised.

When I launched my second business, a clothing store, I took bold steps by withdrawing my severance pay from my employer, tapping into my 401(k), and using nearly all my savings as capital.

I organized a grand opening, paying a radio station to broadcast live from the store and inviting all my "friends" and "family."

On opening day, only my kids and my significant other showed up. My mother had passed away, and my father, who was disabled, couldn’t attend because no family member bothered to bring him.

My father called The following day and told me I was born a winner. So, I couldn't quit. My daddy said, "I learned a valuable lesson: everyone in your face, chinning and grinning, doesn’t want to see you winning." People call and come around to see if you are as unhappy as they are and as unhappy as they want you to be!

Fast forward, my business prospered, and I opened mall stores. The same people who had not supported me initially showed up—not to support me or buy anything, but to see if I was the owner, check if my products were authentic, or ask for free items or a job.

It's challenging for others to witness you pursue your dreams, take risks, and find happiness while they remain stagnant and unhappy in their own lives.

"You have to believe in yourself and your dreams! The best investment you can make is in real estate and in yourself!

Strangers will cross your path to bless you, assist you, and to make purchases."

Don't give up! Keep going.
